We are based out of Arizona. However, our boutique is fully digital at this time!
Orders are carefully packed & processed Monday-Friday and orders are delivered within 3-5 business days excluding holidays.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Our team takes pride in curating trendy and limited pieces for Grey Tones. If demand is high for a particular piece, we may restock it.

Yes we do! If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, you can send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund.
